Letter to Pio Vito Pinto, Tribunal of the Roman Rota, November 8, 2014Dear Monsignor Pinto,
On November 5, 2014, in a conference call with an interpreter, I asked the employee who answered the phone about the fax I sent on October 29, 2014, requesting a list of canonists to help me with the canonical complaint I mailed to the Holy Father on October 1, 2014, asking that Cardinal Dolan of New York be corrected for suppressing my slideshow/lecture about the Holy Shroud. We all assumed that the fax was there and was not lost, and I did not give my contact information. My fax number is 347-391-2613 and my email address is davidmihjng@gmail.com. A canonist in the United States told me that getting this list was the next step in my complaint.

Letter to Roman Rota, November 18, 2014Dear Monsignor Milite,
On November 13, 2014, in a conference call with an interpreter, I asked the employee who answered the phone to connect me with Msgr. Pinto. Msgr. Pinto’s line was busy, and I was told to contact you about my request for a list of canonists authorized to represent me in my canonical complaint against Timothy Cardinal Dolan. Two prominent canonists in the United States advised me that you are obligated to give me such a list. This is my fifth request. The complaint and my letter to the Holy Father is at

My complaint against Cardinal Dolan is essentially the same as the ethics complaint I filed with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers against Prof. Bruno Barberis, et. al., who is an advisor to the Papal Custodian of the Shroud of Turin. The IEEE Ethics and Member Conduct Committee (EMCC Case # 14-07-23) dismissed my complaint on October 14, 2014, and my canonical complaint should be updated.
The Italy section of the IEEE tricked the IEEE into sponsoring a conference on the Shroud of Turin. Had this scam succeeded, the papers accepted by the conference organizers and presented in person at the conference would have been published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and have the status of being peer-reviewed. Shortly before the conference began on September 4, 2014, the IEEE protected its reputation for integrity by withdrawing its endorsement of the conference. My theory is that the IEEE did not punish its members because no harm was done to the IEEE and because the organizers of the conference sincerely believe the authenticity of the Holy Shroud is a reasonable scientific hypothesis and not pseudo-science (to use the spelling in Can. 279 §1).

Second Open Letter to the College of CardinalsThere have been two new developments in my canonical complaint against Cardinal Dolan of New York about the Shroud of Turin and I have added them to http://www.dkroemer.com.
One is the proof that Pope Francis got my complaint. The other is that I implicated Cardinal O'Malley of Boston in the scandal because of his support of the behavior of NewApologetics.com.
Also, Fr. Roger Keeler, Executive Director of the Canonical Society of American, advised me that the Roma Rota should give me a list of canon lawyers authorized to represent me in the trial. I have not gotten yet this list, and I am interpreting this to mean Pope Francis has dismissed my complaint.
